Day 2 of the great experiment. I've been playing with the themes available with FrontPage. Kind of nifty, don't you think? I was experimenting with them at work on the Agency's intranet site, partly to see whether they might be worth using on the main web site. I like a lot of things about them, but it will take a little bit of experimentation to figure out exactly how all of the navigation stuff will work. The last thing I want to do is apply a them to a 1,000+ page site and then decide that I need to undo everything!
I've been noticing something about most, if not all, of the editorials written about the ongoing Jones-Lewinsky-Willey allegations. Time and time again, I'll read an opinion piece in which the writer says something along the lines of "innocent until proven guilty," but then proceeds to complain about the way in which Clinton keeps engaging in all of this improper behavior. Hello? Anybody else see a contradiction there? I've also noticed quite a few articles that ask the question, "what if the allegations are true?", but I don't think I've seen one yet that asks that question, "what if the allegations are false?".
Clinton might be guilty, but it would be nice if editorialists would give some consideration to the possibility that he is falsely accused.
